Every installation comes with a written, transferable warranty. Here are the exact terms, no fine print, no surprises.

Warranty on parging installations
Calgary Parging extends a 5-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship for new parging installations.
Liability
Our warranty covers parging materials and craftsmanship for the period specified above, against defects that prevent the parging from performing its intended function under normal use.
Scheduling
Warranty work is scheduled during our standard service hours: Monday–Sunday, 7am–7pm. We aim to return any covered warranty claim within 30 days, weather permitting.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage from foundation movement, settling, structural defects in the underlying substrate, natural disasters (see below), or alterations made to the parging by third parties.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property without notification to Calgary Parging.
Warranty and natural disasters (force majeure)
Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, severe hailstorms, flooding, and tornados, is excluded from warranty coverage.
Woodpecker-proofing warranty
Calgary Parging extends a 10-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship for woodpecker-proofing installed using the Adex Graphexcoat 3-coat system.
In addition, the treated elevation carries a lifetime warranty against bird stucco damage.
New stucco warranty
Calgary Parging extends a 10-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship for new stucco installation. Standard transferability and exclusions apply as above.
Supporting manufacturer warranty
Our installations are paired with manufacturer product warranties from suppliers including Sto Corp., Dryvit Canada, Adex Architectural Coatings, and Imasco Minerals Inc. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and run alongside (not in place of) our craftsmanship warranty.
