We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses and project descriptions through booking requests. Website analytics track aggregated visitor behaviour including pages visited and device types. Server logs record IP addresses and browsing patterns for site administration.

We use the information to respond to your service inquiries and provide estimates, schedule services, send confirmations, run warranty follow-ups, and improve website functionality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Legal basis for processing
Our processing relies on consent (withdrawable any time), contract performance obligations, and legal compliance requirements under provincial and federal regulations.
6. Email communications and CASL compliance

Quote and booking requests are retained for 2 years or longer where required; service records for 7 years post-relationship; warranty records during the warranty period plus 2 years; analytics in aggregate form. After retention periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, and file complaints. Requests receive responses within 30 days at privacy@calgaryparging.com.
